It has liminal power (Between States) mirroring Cailleach. 

The Cailleach is neither maiden nor mother, but the crone. Neither life nor death, but the threshold between them.

A brown dwarf mirrors this perfectly it exists between planet and star, between ignition and darkness. It is becoming, yet restrained.

Brown dwarfs are cold, dark, and difficult to detect, yet they possess immense gravitational influence. They are not powerless
